about me

Hello! Welcome to my “about me” section. Here’s a fun little summary of who I am and how I came to be a naturopath.

Today, I’m a thirty-something Queensland native who loves travel, sunshine, good food, and having a good laugh. My professional story starts as a 17-year-old growing up between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, who stumbled across the word “naturopathy” while flicking through a careers guidebook. Back then, science and geography were my absolute favourite subjects. Geography taught me about our impact on the environment and its impact on us. It made me realise how deeply connected we are to nature, and that just like ecosystems, our bodies are beautifully complex systems that can return to true balance when we address the root causes of mismatch or imbalance.

That concept stuck with me. I went into my naturopathy studies with a simple intuition: even if I didn’t practice professionally, I’d at least know how to use this knowledge to look after my friends and family.

Fast forward nearly 15 years, and I’m now part of the beautiful team at Spring Acupuncture, a group of practitioners who have come together from all walks of life, including the mainstream medical system and their own profound health journeys. Along the way, I’ve also worked inside premium natural health supplement companies, learning exactly how the industry works from the inside out.

What I love most about this work is the real-world impact. Whether it’s helping a client conceive twins after they had resigned themselves to not having a second child, achieving incredible turnarounds when standard medical interventions have failed, or simply being there through life-changing moments with the research and context to educate clients on both the benefits and risks of natural medicine. Knowing I’m making a genuine difference is why I do what I do.

"My career has taught me that with a little detective work and the right guidance, restoring true balance is always possible."

Our bodies are made to find balance again. Sometimes, they just need a little help. In my work, I take the time to understand your health problems. I’ve helped people who felt lost and saw them regain confidence in their health. This is why I believe in what I do. I offer helpful advice and effective solutions, making sure we explore every option for your health. My appointment types include:
